- Contact form submissions — name, email address, company name, and message content you provide when reaching out.
- Usage analytics — page views, session duration, and general traffic patterns via Google Analytics 4 (anonymized).
- Server logs — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, retained briefly for security and performance monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to project inquiries and communications.
- To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
- To maintain the security and reliability of our infrastructure.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party tools that may process data on our behalf:

- Zoho Mail — email routing for contact form submissions.

Our site uses minimal cookies — primarily those set by Google Analytics to distinguish unique visitors. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting core site functionality.

Contact form inquiries are retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months).
